I had a great experience with Brazusa Auto Repair. I recently installed new wheels and TPMS sensors on my Mercedes, but the shop that did the installation wasn’t able to program the sensors to the vehicle. Brazusa was able to take care of the TPMS programming and get everything working properly. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I really appreciated them being able to solve an issue that another shop couldn’t. Definitely recommend Brazusa Auto Repair, and I’ll be keeping them in mind for future service.

Brought in the car for a much needed oil change. Knew it needed more work, but didn't have the time or money for a full eval. Miguel came back with an itemized list anyway, identifying the problems and gave me a definitive SOW with prices broken down for each issue. Again, I only brought it in for an oil change. This kind of upfront transparency is a rarity.

I brought my daughter’s car in for diagnostic testing on why the “engine” light kept coming on and the engine was randomly overheating. It was the engine temperature sensor and while diagnosing, discovered there was a leak of coolant, which was causing the overheating. The repair quote was almost her weekly paycheck so at first she declined. When I went in to pick up the vehicle, Miguel spent a lot of time with me explaining the breakdown and suggested that she apply for financial help through the company he works with. She was APPROVED and has 6 weeks to make payments at 0% interest. We were very pleased! I felt as if I was being such a pain by asking so many questions but he was more than happy to oblige. His wife is the sweetest person and is as calming as Miguel. The shop itself is very clean and organized. I highly recommend this shop for all your services!

Went to then 3 times and everything there's was a new problem he never spoke about before. After the last time I felt like the work wasn't being done properly and had to get it checked out by another auto shop as I seen new problems pop up after every trip to the shop here. Good price but I guess that's for a reason. Cheap work

Brought in my 2014 Toyota Camry with 91k miles in for a brake service, new rotors and brake pads, price was reasonable and Miguel pointed out my serpentine belt should be replaced soon so I got that done as well. I’m glad he pointed out the serpentine belt because the only maintenance done to the car is the routine oil change and transmission fluid since I bought it use with 30k miles

I had a check engine light cone in on my 2015 truck Friday morning, I called Brazusa auto to see when I can have my truck looked at and they ask me to come right down and made time for me. Repairs where made the same day and picked it back up by the end of the day. Rate is always fair and never had any problems.

Miguel and his team are top notch technicians. I first came to Brazusa with a complicated engine issue on my SQ5. The price he quoted me for the work and parts was considerably better than going through the dealership but just as thorough. The shop is very well equipped to handle just about any job. The process of getting service at Brazusa couldn’t be more smooth. Make your appointment request online, and within hours someone will be in touch to clarify the scope of work. Then you get a link to an actual SOW which you can approve or deny right from the web-app. Communication with the shop is robust. They keep you informed of the status of your vehicle as the service proceeds. Brazusa stands by their work and if anything is of concern, they are eager to assist with making things right. I am moving away from Lowell, but if I could bring Brazusa with me, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you again Miguel for the high quality work and excellent customer service.

My air conditioning was repaired, but unfortunately the pin on my engine cover was broken during the service. I am unsatisfied because one issue was fixed while another was damaged due to a lack of care when removing aesthetic parts. I pay close attention to every detail and expected a more careful service.

Called to get a quote on an oil change and ac repair. Miguel was super helpful, transparent about the potential costs, and risks and agreed to see me first thing in the am. Got my car in immediately, and without asking, he had done a quick free inspection and found issues with the engine mounts. Sent me a quote electronically, I approved it, and he did the repair calling when it was ready. He is priced inexpensively, operates a clean shop (they were cleaning it when I arrived to pick up the vehicle), and the staff are friendly professionals. Wish I lived nearby so I could make them my only mechanic. I highly recommend them.

Went for a motor swap. Nothing wrong with new engine. Got the car back with broken axle, messed up wheel bearing, broken drive shaft bearing carrier and broken rack n pinion/loose...... last but not least stripped oil pan plug! Mind you i only left the car there for 3 days. Idk if they swapping parts out for other customers but glad im a mechanic that i didnt go back like they thought i would. Every new issue the car had was on them and the car didnt have beforehand...assume they tryna make more money in the future. But not happening here. But they definitely playing games there. Becareful. Record your car before dropping it off.

I went to this place to check out loud noise underneath my car and other stuff. The owner and his staffs are super professional and they know their jobs. What I was very impressed with is the restroom , I have been to many mechanic shops and you are afraid to even use the bathroom or walk around in the shop. I had the most horrible experience I would never recommend anyone to go here ever I took my suv to get check out and was to fix my wipers because the fluid would not come out I also wanted him to check my check engine because I just had a catalic converter installed and I still check engine and I also need a inspection sticker as well . We'll upon me dropping my suv off to check I get a call that my suv shut off 😤 which now he said that I needed a alternator I told him my car never had any other issues at all so all of a sudden I have a problem that was not there well long story short he charged me $659.00 to fix a alternator and a belt with out the wipers situation begin fix snd no inspection sticker and still charge me a additional $127.00 more to fix my wipers situation. And no inspection sticker cause he had problems with that ..and on top of it all was asking $2000 to fix my check engine 😒 which I said no cause he said he is not sure that would solve the problem . Ridiculous This place of business is horrible they ripped me off 😤 I try talking to Carlos and reason with him and all he said is that he could not remove the charges for the wipers cause that would mean he was giving me something for free..he was rude horrible with prices and and charges you $115 a hour which I did not know ..he does not communicate with his customers 🙄 and is prices is over rated would not recommend anyone to go there to fix any vehicle at all he was so mad that I told him he over pricing me and had my suv over 1 week that he said if I did not pay him he can take out the parts what a childish owner .. PLEASE TO ALL NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF .

There is a small discrepancy between what you say and what happened.es really true that in another workshop the catalytic converters were changed in your vehicle and they did not solve the the Check Engine Light problem . For this reason you came to us as on past occasions when we fixed the air conditioning to your daughter's car and on another occasion we also solved a malfuntion with the Antilock Brake System on your car that no other workshop could or would not repair either. We fixed it without problema.me it is a little striking that on those occasions you did not go to Google to give us a review for those repairs which I understand were successful.In the paragraph where you stated that it is ridiculous that I told you that I was not sure if I could solve the problem that paragraph is incomplete.What I told you based on the diagnosis made in the vehicle was the following.The Check Engine Light is on For two reasons, first you have code because problem with fuel injectors and second the catalysts are below the threshold of functioning, you asked me why the catalysts were damaged if they are new. I replied that based on my experience the computers installed in Chevrolet vehicles are very accurate in terms of monitoring the catalytic converters and for this reason they must be installed OEM (original equipment manufacturer)what are installed are aftermarket possibly low quality. and secondly that injectors in bad conditions ruin the operation of the catalytic converters in an accelerated way. Then you asked me If would solve the problem replacing only two injectors because you did not find your friend from the autopart.I told you that because I have to guarantee my work both labor and parts, it was necessary to change the six injectors, that replacing only two I was not sure the repair would last long and therefore I could not guarantee my work. As for the alternator, even before giving the diagnosis of the check engine light I called you and told you that this alternator had problems and you told me that the car did not have that problem and I replied that I agreed with you that indeed the car did not arrive with that problem, That happened when I was doing a road test in the diagnostic process, the alternator light came on, shortly after the car went out still being in the test drive, at this point I had to call one of the mechanics to bring me a battery jumper to be able to get back to the repair shop. You said you couldn't afford to repair the Check Engine Light that repairs only the alternator and the belt .next day you sent to pick up the car with the same person who brought it and we told him that the work on the alternator was done but not the Winshield Washer one .He asked me how much was the price of the repair to go get the money.I told him the value of the alternator and also I told him that the washer could be fifty or more dollars depending on the problem.he left and when he came back he brought only the payment for the alternator repair .he knew that he was not paying for the washer fluid repair which was $127 I don't think it is a high price for such a repair considering that the motor was installed, Nozzle plus work involved removing the tire plus the fender cover to get acces to the washer motor. Then you called and said you were going to pay only the value of the alternator beacause it was an excessively expensive repair. I

I appreciated the communication from start to finish. I searched online for an Auto Repair shop and the reviews lead me to Brazusa. I wasn't disappointed and being new to the area finding a reliable mechanic shop can be challenging. They throughly inspected my car and took care of all my car needs all in a timely manner. Plus, the total cost of service was fair for the amount of work done. Thanks again for your professionalism, I will return in the future for my car repairs. I am coming home on military leave and my car was having issues and needed everything to be fixed ASAP. My mom brought it to Brazusa and met the owner, Miguel. The shop owner Miguel is very honest. I had them change my oil, and my serpentine belt, afterwards when I was driving home my serpentine belt came off. I called Miguel and he sent a tow truck right away to come pick it up. He personally spent two days working on it to figure out the Issue which ended up being caused by a part failure. Miguel also personally drove me home after the tow truck had picked up my car. Although the serpentine belt came off, and that was a bit frustrating I felt like Miguel had my back and did everything he could to make it right. I took the car on a road trip a few days later after all the repairs were completed and everything ran great. I would recommend these guys, they are honest and take a lot of pride In their work.

a good place quite friendly a few days ago I took my Kia Sorento to Pat to change the engine oil pump they told me two days and in exactly 2 days I had my vehicle back apart from that they changed another part at no cost since he said that If that piece was damaged and he took it back, it would be a fairly large cost and he decided to put it in to avoid that. Miguel at Brazusa is a very experienced mechanic. Someone who referred Miguel to me had great words for him and Miguel proved it. I went to him for a dealer suggested repair and Miguel found the right fault with my SUV which was totally different than the Dealer suggested. Miguel did a repair with a quality workmanship and with a very competitive labor rate compared to other auto repair shop.
