    Brought in my 2014 Toyota Camry with 91k miles in for a brake service, new rotors and brake pads, price was reasonable and Miguel pointed out my serpentine belt should be replaced soon so I got that done as well. I’m glad he pointed out the serpentine belt because the only maintenance done to the car is the routine oil change and transmission fluid since I bought it use with 30k miles

    I had a check engine light cone in on my 2015 truck Friday morning, I called Brazusa auto to see when I can have my truck looked at and they ask me to come right down and made time for me. Repairs where made the same day and picked it back up by the end of the day. Rate is always fair and never had any problems.

    Miguel and his team are top notch technicians. I first came to Brazusa with a complicated engine issue on my SQ5. The price he quoted me for the work and parts was considerably better than going through the dealership but just as thorough. The shop is very well equipped to handle just about any job. The process of getting service at Brazusa couldn’t be more smooth. Make your appointment request online, and within hours someone will be in touch to clarify the scope of work. Then you get a link to an actual SOW which you can approve or deny right from the web-app. Communication with the shop is robust. They keep you informed of the status of your vehicle as the service proceeds. Brazusa stands by their work and if anything is of concern, they are eager to assist with making things right. I am moving away from Lowell, but if I could bring Brazusa with me, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you again Miguel for the high quality work and excellent customer service.

    My air conditioning was repaired, but unfortunately the pin on my engine cover was broken during the service. I am unsatisfied because one issue was fixed while another was damaged due to a lack of care when removing aesthetic parts. I pay close attention to every detail and expected a more careful service.
